Neocarbon makes this app to help you get the most from your Neocarbon TENS device. This policy explains what we collect and why.
• Your account: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google or Apple or add it yourself. • What you add: your devices, age and gender (both optional), your garden plant and weekly goal, reminder settings, and the sessions you log, including any pain scores you choose to record. • Your time zone, so your daily totals and reminders follow your local time. • How you use the app, such as which guides and help answers you open and searches that found nothing. We use this to improve the app. • Messages you send us through the contact form, including any order number you add. • If you turn on notifications: a notification address for your browser or device.
To run the app and your Relief Garden, send the reminders and notifications you ask for, answer your messages, and improve the app. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Your data is stored with Supabase, and the app is hosted on Vercel. Messages you send us are delivered by email (Resend) to our help desk. These providers only process data to provide their services to us.
You can change what you’ve added at any time in the Me tab, turn notifications off, or delete your account and all its data from Me → Delete Account.
Your session logs and pain scores are a personal record for you. This app doesn’t diagnose or treat any condition. It’s meant for adults.
