What this app is. A companion for Neocarbon TENS devices: guides, help answers, a way to log your sessions and grow your Relief Garden, and member offers. The app doesn’t connect to or control your device.
Not medical advice. This app does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. The guides and videos are general information only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always follow the instruction manual supplied with your device, and consult a healthcare professional before using a TENS device, particularly if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, a heart condition, epilepsy, or are pregnant.
Your account. Keep access to your email account secure, since sign-in links are sent there. The sessions you log are yours, and you can delete your account and its data at any time from Me → Delete Account.
Purchases. Products are sold through our online store, Amazon and other marketplaces. You can return a purchase within 30 days, and every device has a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects (normal wear and tear isn’t covered). Discount codes shown in this app may change or expire at any time.
Changes. We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
